On Monday 2nd October – Thursday 5th October, 4 of the Year 11 Geography classes went on a trip to Stratford. The purpose of the trip was to collect data for students to use to support their paper 3 examination in the summer. Students looked at the changes which have been made to Westfield, and how it offers a range of recreation and entertainment opportunities. Students also walked around the Olympic park to examine how they had been tried to reduce the impacts of climate change. Students completed a range of activities whilst at Stratford and have used this data to apply to examination questions.
All students thoroughly enjoyed the trip and have learnt a number of skills which they are applying to their lessons and will also use in their summer examinations.
