As part of our drive to maintain, promote and engage pupil interest in reading, the school is celebrating WORLD BOOK DAY on Thursday 5th March 2020.
Books do not need electricity! You can read them everywhere and anywhere! We know your children love reading at school, however where is the most interesting place your child has ever been caught reading? Think about different, exciting, fun and SAFE places you can enjoy a book and take a photo. We will run a competition for the most interesting places reading has taken place. The winner from each year group will be chosen on World Book Day and will win a book! Deadline Wednesday 4th March
There can be multiple entries- there is no limit. Simply print off a photo and we will add it to our display board. Please see below for some ideas- can you spot any of your teachers that have been caught reading?
