Loxford School has a brand new site and has both sports facilities and function areas to hire. We would welcome both community groups and sports clubs to have access to these facilities. Please scroll down to view the facilities available and prices.

Please mention
- The Facilities you would like to hire
- The date/s & time/s (including set up and clear up time/s which are chargeable)
- The maximum number of people/ guests attending
- The type of event and activities taking place
Please note hirers interested in hiring any sports facilities will need to be insured and affiliated for their sporting activity. Proof of this will be required.
Once Rina Seki confirms the date/time availability, you will need to download and complete the Facilities Hire Form, book a viewing, then pay the deposit to secure your booking.
Business Facilities
Main Hall & Dining Area
The main hall is the largest function room on site and has facilitated conferences, exams, pre-weddings, talent shows and other similar events. This space has a capacity to seat up to 300 guest’s assembly style (full size 336 m2, 24 metres x 14 metres). Also adjacent to the main hall is the Dining Hall (measuring 342m2 19 metres x 18 metres) which can be partitioned off of left open to extend the function area. The kitchen area is available with hot plates only which keep the food warm (please ask your caterer if these can be used at your event). No cooking is allowed on site, gas cookers are not available so any food being served at your event will need to arrive ready to serve.

- Parking facilities are available after 19.00pm weekdays or all day on weekends, 89 spaces in the Main School and if available on the hire day 51 spaces in the Primary School.

- Hot/ Cold drink making equipment
- Audiovisual equipment (the hirer will have to come with own sound equipment including speakers, mixing desk, microphones etc.)

Primary Hall
This hall is suitable for small functions with seating for up to 150 guests assembly style. Also available is a small kitchen area with hot plates only which keep the food warm (please ask your caterer if these can be used at your event). No cooking is allowed on site, gas cookers are not available so any food being served at your event will need to arrive ready to serve.
