KS3 Back to the Future: The Musical 

On 5th February 2026, the Loxford Performing Arts department took 30 KS3 students to see Back to the Future: The Musical as a reward for their hard work in lessons and their commitment to Performing Arts clubs, and the trip was a great success.

The students thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the time travelling narrative. For some of our passionate performers, it was the first musical they had ever seen—many said they would definitely see one again.

They were a credit to the school throughout the day, behaving impeccably and representing Loxford with pride.

The theatre staff were welcoming and accommodating, helping to make the visit even more enjoyable.

Students had the opportunity to see and feel a live professional performance, experiencing high-quality singing, dancing and acting, and many found parts of the show especially comical.
