These sessions are led by experienced Senior Leaders from an Outstanding-rated school, ensuring that participants learn from highly skilled educators with proven expertise.
The structured approach allows attendees to engage thoroughly with the material, promoting practical understanding and the ability to apply best practices in real school settings. These sessions aim to enhance your skills and contribute to improving school performance and student outcomes.
With a commitment to quality and leadership excellence, Loxford School’s sessions promise an informative and supportive learning environment tailored to meet the needs of education professionals seeking to make a difference.
When colleagues leave, they pass on invaluable strategies and lessons learned that help improve children’s outcomes, attendance, and futures. Central to this approach is the focus on inclusion, which addresses the many Barriers to Learning that students may face. By creating a supportive and welcoming school environment, students feel motivated to attend and engage with their education.
Inclusion is not just about being physically present; it means understanding and removing obstacles — whether social, emotional, or academic — that can hold students back. Practical strategies might include tailored support, positive behaviour approaches, and fostering a sense of belonging. These efforts work together to make learning accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful, ultimately helping every child to thrive.
This shared knowledge equips all staff to create inclusive classrooms where every student is encouraged, supported, and valued, paving the way for greater attendance and better educational achievements.
