Victoria & Albert Museum TripBack
The Art Department organised a trip to the Victoria and Albert Museum for Year 10 students studying Art, Textiles and Photography.
Students went to gather primary source images for their current ‘Colour’ project. Students explored historic artwork; post modernism in the late 20th century and exciting works created today.
The museum holds many of the UK's national collections and houses some of the greatest resources for the study of architecture, furniture, fashion, textiles, photography, sculpture, painting, jewellery, glass, ceramics, book arts, Asian art and design, theatre and performance. Students were enriched with research and knowledge and took amazing photographs to use in their current project.
