Reporting Student’s Absence

Dear Parent/Carerss,

All absences/lates to school must be reported via a telephone call. NO EMAILS will be accepted. 

The telephone lines are open from 8am onwards. If the lines are busy, please do call again until you speak to a member of staff. All supporting evidence should be emailed to the school via the school attendance email address at  ATTENDANCE@LOXFORD.NET. (Please note images of medication will only be accepted if name/date is visible.)
