Keep Your Home Cool
- Close curtains/blinds on sun-facing windows.
- Open windows early morning or late evening when it’s cooler.
Stay Hydrated
- Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
- Limit alcohol intake, as it can increase dehydration.
Stay Safe Outdoors

- Use sunscreen regularly.
- Wear a wide-brimmed hat and light clothing.
Look Out for Others
- Check on vulnerable people (older adults, children, those with health conditions, or living alone).
